With an ability to overcome fierce industry competition as a start up company, Easy CGI has demonstrated that it has the ability to provide the kind of reliable hosting services that their customers demand.

Support

CGI offers phone support from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Sunday. There is no online knowledge base, no FAQ, and no tutorial. Furthermore, no online live tech support technicians. Overall, the support is rather poor and could use major improvements.

Reliability

I have a real problem with EasyCGI’s reliability. Not only is it difficult to get hold of reliable individuals at the company to talk too, but response time is fairly lengthy. Furthermore, the website does not have that much information regarding their data center and utilized technology. Not to mention that it includes no testimonials. Trying out their service is like jumping into water without knowing whether it’s cold or warm. It’s risky.

Performance

Trusting EasyCGI was risky, but the end result did turn out ok. My web sites functioned properly without error and provided fast load times. However, there were not that many additional features offered by CGI for my website.

Pros:

Affiliate program that pays for references.
Professional web design services.

Cons:

Unreliable customer support system.
Lack of available website customization features.

Here’s the bottom line:

Trusting EasyCGI is a risk that may be worth your while. If the hosting packages seem to suit your needs, I would go ahead and go for it. I would still be somewhat wary though about their service.
